• Original Birth Certificate (Barcoded)
• Original Diploma Or School Certificate
• BPJS (Jamkesda, BPJS, Indonesia Sehat Card)
• Family Permit Letter from Subdistrict
• Health Certificate (Pre Medical)
• Status Certificate (Married, Divorced, Divorced, Unmarried)
• Passport (if you don't have one, one will be made)
• SKCK (Will be made if you already have an active passport)
